Costumer Care and maintenance, remote or in person

UC3 (UCCC Ultimate Cell® Continuous Combustion) technology is guaranteed for one year. The customer can request an annual maintenance contract with UTIS, which includes 24-hour control of the equipment.

Note that this system is automatic, integrates local command (via HMI console) and remote (by ModBus TCP/IP or Internet), automatically detects faults and leakage of hydrogen and has emergency stop.

If the problem is a primary one (step 1 or 2), this service can be performed at distance by our team or by the technicians of the company itself, who have been given elementary training beforehand (cleaning and changing parts).
On the other hand, if the anomaly is more complex, our professionals will go there and provide the necessary assistance, ensuring a work of excellence.
