UC3 (UCCC Ultimate Cell ® Continuous Combustion) technology comes with one-year manufacturer warranty. The customer can additionally obtain an annual maintenance/service contract with UTIS, which includes 24-hour control of the equipment.

Note that this system is automatic. It integrates local command (via HMI console) and remotely (by ModBus TCP/IP or Internet). Automatically detects faults or leakage of hydrogen, and has an emergency stop.

In case of primary technical-issue, (step 1 or 2), maintenance can be performed remotely by our team of engineers or by the technicians of the organisation itself, who have been given elementary training beforehand (periodic cleaning and changing consumable parts).
 On the other hand, if the anomaly is more complex, UTIS professionals will attend the problem in-person and provide the necessary assistance, ensuring a work of excellence.
