Customer Care and Maintenance, remote or in person

The UTIS-branded UC3 system (Ultimate Cell ® Continuous Combustion) is warranted for one (1) year against all defects in material and workmanship. The customer can additionally opt for an annual maintenance contract with UTIS.

The maintenance contract includes 24-hour equipment control. The UC3 system is automated, integrates local control (via HMI console) and remote control (via TCP/IP ModBus or internet), and automatically detects faults and hydrogen leakage. In addition, it has an emergency stop.

Assuming the technical issue is primary (level 1 or 2), the service can be carried out remotely by our team or trained technicians from the client company who have received basic preparatory training (periodic cleaning and changing consumable parts).

Conversely, if the anomaly is of advanced complexity, UTIS professionals will attend the problem in-person and provide the necessary assistance, ensuring a work of excellence.
