HeidelbergCement<\/strong>, (https:\/\/www.heidelbergcement.com\/en<\/a>), \u00a0one of the largest cement groups globally, and the Portuguese company UTIS – Ultimate Technology to Industrial Savings<\/strong> (https:\/\/www.utis.pt\/en\/<\/a>) on March 21, 2021, signed a Global Framework Agreement<\/strong> for Products and Services to implement UTIS technology in Heidelberg’s cement plants.<\/span><\/p>\n

UTIS’ patented technology results in the Optimization of Continuous Combustion Processes, significantly also contributing to reducing CO2<\/sub> emissions. The equipment from UTIS is already implemented by different customers in several dozens of cement plants and other industrial applications in more than 15 countries with excellent results.<\/span><\/p>\n

HeidelbergCement is using the green H2<\/sub> to decarbonize their plants. Both companies are firmly committed to contributing to carbon neutrality and environmental improvement worldwide.
