CSN is leading the transformation of sustainable steelmaking, implementing UC3\u00ae Technology for the first time in the world in blast furnace 2 at Usina Presidente Vargas (UPV), in Volta Redonda, Rio de Janeiro – Brazil.<\/span><\/p>\n

UTIS Technology applied to AF2 regenerators allows for the increase in blowing temperature, reducing coke consumption and, consequently, greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions.<\/span><\/p>\n
