UTIS\u00a0has announced the expansion of its UC3\u00ae hydrogen injection technology at Arabian Cement Company\u2019s (ACC) cement plant in Ain Sokhna, Egypt, which is now being implemented on the second production line, following the very positive results achieved on the first line.<\/span><\/p>\n

With this expansion, UC3\u00ae technology now covers the entire clinker production capacity of the Ain Sokhna plant, representing a relevant and strategic step in ACC\u2019s decarbonisation roadmap and building on the company\u2019s established track record in energy efficiency and alternative fuel integration.<\/span><\/p>\n

UC3\u00ae Technology enables a fast and more efficient burning process through the controlled injection of hydrogen into the combustion , contributing to improved flame stability, enhanced thermal performance and a measurable reduction in CO\u2082 emissions. The solution was designed for integration into existing kiln systems, facilitating its industrial implementation without the need for significant structural modifications.<\/span><\/p>\n
