Lucky Cement reports the successful implementation of UC3\u00ae across all four production lines at its Karachi plant, alongside improvements in production capacity, thermal efficiency, coal consumption and carbon emissions.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n Lucky Cement Limited has highlighted the implementation of UTIS\u2019 UC3\u00ae Technology<\/strong> across all four production lines at its Karachi plant in its FY2026 Annual Report.<\/span><\/p>\n In its Directors\u2019 Report, Lucky Cement specifically refers to the \u201cExpansion of UTIS Technology on Additional Production Lines\u201d<\/strong>, identifying the solution as UTIS (UC3) technology<\/strong> and confirming its successful commissioning across all four production lines in Karachi.<\/span><\/p>\n According to Lucky Cement, the implementation increased the plant\u2019s annual cement production capacity by approximately 300,000 tons, reaching 5.35 million tons per annum<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n The company also reports enhanced thermal efficiency, reduced coal consumption, lower carbon emissions and improved overall operational performance<\/strong> following the implementation.<\/span><\/p>\n UC3\u00ae is referenced across several sections of Lucky Cement\u2019s FY2026 Annual Report in the context of operational efficiency, technological innovation and sustainability.<\/span><\/p>\n In its sustainability reporting, Lucky Cement also associates UC3\u00ae with improved process efficiency and reduced specific coal consumption, contributing to lower greenhouse gas emissions through optimized kiln performance and reduced carbon intensity.<\/span><\/p>\n The results published by Lucky Cement represent an important milestone for the implementation of UC3\u00ae Technology in Pakistan and demonstrate the role that combustion optimisation can play in supporting industrial performance, efficiency and lower emissions.<\/span><\/p>\n UTIS is proud to see the progress of this project and thanks the Lucky Cement teams for their continued collaboration and trust.<\/span><\/p>\n Industrial Performance.
