UTIS celebrates the MIB Week – Making it Better 2025

UTIS actively participated in the MIB Week – Making it Better 2025, an initiative promoted by the Semapa Group that fosters knowledge sharing, collaboration, and people development across all group companies.

Throughout the week, we promoted several initiatives that reflect our culture and our commitment to doing better every day, while celebrating the true driving force behind our activity: our People.

Key initiatives

Experience Days – giving all employees the opportunity to experience the daily life of different UTIS departments.
European “Car-Free Week” – encouraging sustainable mobility and reducing environmental impact.
“Between Books and Coffee” – inauguration of a reading corner dedicated to book sharing and knowledge exchange.
Podcast “We Care for Each Other” – launch of the very first episode of our internal podcast, giving voice to the stories and experiences of our team.
Workshops on Time Management and Sustainability – valuable learning moments dedicated to personal and professional growth.

Social commitment

As part of our identity, the UTIS team also supported a solidarity initiative by collecting goods and school supplies for local institutions, including CERCITOP, CRL.
