UTIS strengthens its position in the optimization of combustion processes and hydrogen production

UTIS – Ultimate Technology to Industrial Savings is pleased to announce it has completed the acquisition of Ultimate Power, a Portuguese company with groundbreaking technologies in the fields of internal combustion optimization and hydrogen production.

This transaction is a key step toward fulfilling UTIS’ vision to improve energy efficiency and decarbonize hard-to-abate sectors through the use of hydrogen.

Created in 2018, UTIS developed a disruptive technology to increase the efficiency of continuous combustion processes, typically found in large industrial processes, using hydrogen and oxygen.

The company is a JV between Ultimate Cell and Semapa and has experienced tremendous growth in the last years with clients all over the world.
